O2 Quickstick Replacement Sensor End Cap

The JDL10 is a replacement sensor end cap for the Nuvair O2 Quickstick oxygen analyzer. Internal thread size: M 16X1.

Sensor End Cap Replacement Steps:

• To replace the sensor end cap (the domed-shape end cap opposite the lanyard), gently push and remove the end cap with thumbs. [Figures 1 and 2]
• Gently remove the sensor end cap and sensor from the O2 Quickstick body. Do not place stress on sensor wires. [Figure 3]
• If replacing sensor, disconnect the the 2-pin sensor plug/socket. [Figure 4]
• Disconnect the sensor from the sensor end cap by unscrewing in a counter-clockwise direction. [Figure 5]
• Replace with new sensor end cap (and sensor, if necessary) and reassemble unit. Make sure O-ring is properly seated on the sensor end cap.
